Weekend Update
02/05/2012For those of you not on instagram (our new favorite thing and daily blog), here is a little rundown of what's been going down at the office. Follow us @only_ny.
Siked our homey Phil Annand (Award Tour/Madbury Club) finally made it through to the spot. Came through with the Flatbush Zombies (you'll probably hear of them soon).

Did a pretty big holiday/winter fleece restock. Even though it was only 3 styles it came in a full size truck and on 3 pallets. Pretty crazy!

Took a few elevator trips to get it all in the building. Our elevator is the sketchiest thing you can imagine..

A store reorder ready to go out.

Online orders shipping out!

More shipping..

About 2 weeks ago we took over the space next door to ours. We kept our old space but had a doorway cut to connect the two. This has been a dream so far since this past Holiday season we maxed out our old space beyond belief. Shit was ridiculous.. So after a lot of cleaning up, building and organizing we now have a mini in-house warehouse for inventory and shipping. And on the other side we have a design studio and showroom.

Building out the warehouse.

The Corner Store got an upgrade! Info here.

Few recent visitors.

We are now getting hooked up by Red Bull. We try to limit ourselves to 1 a day or less. Free Red Bull with any corner store/studio visit!

Got some shopping bags printed up!

Last but not least, we got the last minute invite to show at Project (Magic Trade show)! We usually steer clear of trade shows (not our thing) but this was a little different. We were invited to be apart of 'Project10' which is a curated group of 10 brands they feel should be at the show. Once we read the theme we were sold. Basically it's a great opportunity and should be a fun experience (oh, and the show is Free!).
"The 4th Edition of PROJECT 10 will be on the S.L.A.T.E. show floor with a focus on skate and cycling lifestyle brands. The lines between the fashion and action sports communities are rapidly dissolving, and we are showcasing the best young people in the street, skate, cycling and art communities who we feel are creating waves in an increasingly relevant market."

Another thing that helped us decide to go is that we have a large range of samples ready to show. Full line of hats, bags (yea, BAGS!) and tees/fleece. Props to our printer who is banging out a full line of samples in less than 2 weeks! <--Should not be a problem, but fingers still crossed.
To anyone that will be at Project, we will check you there! Will be sure to take some flicks.
